▶ Processing is the amount of time it takes us to prepare your order. This usually takes 2-5 business days.
▶ Shipping is the amount of time it takes for your order to travel and be delivered, not counting holidays. Customers are able to see estimated shipping times on each product.
Our products have estimated processing and shipping timeframes for your convenience. All orders may be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, or UPS. Orders in the USA usually take 2-5 business days for delivery and International orders can take 21 days or more to be delivered. Each order will be given a unique tracking number so that you, the customer, are able to track the order. Please be mindful of shipping delays due to COVID-19 or other extenuating circumstances.
