 Refunds: 

If a refund is processed, you will be automatically refunded to the payment method used. Please remember it can take your bank or credit card company 3-7 days to process the refund to your account. Any shipping costs/restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount; shipping fees cannot be refunded. If the customer chooses, store credit can be issued instead.

In summary:

  • Any shipping cost paid at checkout will be deducted from the refund amount
  • If doing a return, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
  • Store credit can be issued immediately for use for other Pink Sweetheart purchases via a digital gift card

 

 Returns: 

Start a return through your customer account.

We may not accept returns on select items. Products may have identification to indicate whether they are returnable or not. This may include:

  • Perishable Goods (such as food, snacks, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom Products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal Care Products (such as soaps, beauty products, intimate items, undergarments, skincare, vitamins, etc.)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale Items Marked at a Discount
  • Gift Cards (both physical or digital)
  • Digital Downloads (ebooks, templates, wallpapers, etc.)
  • Print-on-Demand Items (POD)

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about items in your order. If the item can be returned, the customer will have 2 days to start a return in their customer account, which can be accessed by logging in or creating a customer account on our website. You can always contact us with any questions or start your return.

Before starting a return, please note:

  • Customers will have 2 days after delivery to start a return in their customer account
  • The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • There will be a 15% restocking fee
  • Items returned to us without starting a return will not be accepted

**If your order is returned to Pink Sweetheart due to having an incorrect address, carrier delivery issues, or any other discrepancy, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to reship the item.

 

 Exchanges: 

We do not accept exchanges.

 

 Damages and Defective Items: 

We take pride in packing your order to make sure it reaches you safely. Please be sure to inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or the wrong item, so that we can fix the issue. In some cases, items may be damaged in transit, lost, or stolen. We know that this is unfortunate and frustrating, but you can contact us for a resolution. Otherwise, customers may follow up with USPS (or the appropriate carrier) to report lost packages or file a claim here.

 

 Store Credit: 

Store credit is available immediately for you to use for other Pink Sweetheart purchases via a digital gift card.
