What is a subscription box?

A subscription box consists of physical products packaged in a box, which is delivered to a customer on a recurring schedule.

How does it work?

It's super easy! All you have to do is choose the frequency that you'd like to have your box delivered. Once you checkout, your subscription will be scheduled to be shipped at the frequency that you have selected.

What will be in my box?

Each box is different, that's the fun part! Our team handpicks a random assortment of goodies which could include items such as makeup brushes, cosmetic bags, stickers, beauty tools, stationery and more.

When will I get my box?

Boxes are shipped by the time fame the customer selects (monthly, weekly, ect). Boxes are shipped out 1-5 days after each payment is confirmed. 

Can I customize my box?

Currently, we do not have any customizations available. Each box has items that are handpicked by the Pink Sweetheart team. However, we occasionally have themed boxes (holidays, color schemes, seasonal) that you are able to choose from.

How often or when will I be billed?

You will be billed depending on your subscription choice, (once a month, once every 3 months, ect). The recurring charge will process to your selected payment method on or around the date that your original subscription was started.

How do I cancel/pause?

You are able to cancel or pause your subscription at any time from your customer account, the subscription portal or contact us by email and our team will be sure to handle the cancellation or pause for you.

How can I change my credit/debit card?

You are able to login to your account to change card information, payment method and addresses. Be sure to keep information up to date and accurate to ensure a smooth subscription experience.

What happens if my box arrives damaged or missing?

We understand that unfortunate things happen. Pink Sweetheart does not have control over the shipping carriers handling. However, be sure to reach out to us by email or via the chat feature on the website for assistance.

Can I send a box as a gift?

Of course! We do offer gift wrap options if you'd like to add a special touch. Be sure to add gift wrap to your cart so that we are able to fulfill that request. If you'd like it shipped directly to the person, be sure to enter their address for the shipping.
