What is a subscription box?
A subscription box consists of physical products packaged in a box, which is delivered to a customer on a recurring schedule.
How does it work?
It's super easy! All you have to do is choose the frequency that you'd like to have your box delivered. Once you check out, your subscription will be scheduled to be shipped at the frequency that you have selected.
What will be in my box?
The details will be listed for each subscription box that is available.
When will I get my box?
Boxes are shipped within the time frame the customer selects (monthly, weekly, etc.). Boxes are shipped out 1-5 days after each payment is confirmed.
Can I customize my box?
The details will be available in the product description on each subscription box.
How often or when will I be billed?
You will be billed depending on your subscription choice (once a month, once every 3 months, etc.). The recurring charge will process to your selected payment method on or around the date that your original subscription was started.
How do I cancel/pause?
You are able to cancel or pause your subscription at any time from your customer account, or contact us by email, and our team will be sure to handle the cancellation or pause for you.
How can I change my credit/debit card?
You are able to log in to your account to change card information, payment method, and addresses. Be sure to keep information up to date and accurate to ensure a smooth subscription experience.
What happens if my box arrives damaged or missing?
We understand that unfortunate things happen. Pink Sweetheart does not have control over the shipping carriers' handling. However, be sure to reach out to us by email or via the chat feature on the website for assistance.
