When will I get my order?
Orders are shipped out 1-5 days after each payment is confirmed.
How often or when will I be billed?
You will be billed depending on your subscription choice (once a month, once every 3 months, etc.). The recurring charge will process to your selected payment method on or around the date that your original subscription was started. This ensures your box is reserved and prepared for shipment.
Is my subscription automatically renewed?

Can I skip, pause, or cancel my subscription?

How can I change my credit/debit card?
You are able to log in to your account to change card information, payment method, and addresses. Be sure to keep information up to date and accurate to ensure a smooth subscription experience.
What happens if a payment fails?
If a payment cannot be processed, we’ll notify you so you can update your payment information. Your subscription may be paused until payment is successfully completed.
What happens if my box arrives damaged or missing?
