▶ Refunds:

If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. Any shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.


Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. But in the event that an error is made on our behalf, we will accommodate as necessary to ensure the issue is resolved. If it is an item that can be returned, the customer will have 2 days to start a return in their customer account. 

If your order is returned to Pink Sweetheart due to having the wrong address, carrier delivery issues, or any other discrepancy, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to have the item reshipped.

If a customer decides to return their item(s) for any reason, you will have to start a return within 2 days of receiving the order. SALE ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED.

    To start a return, start the return in your customer account (if you do not have one, please create one here). If your return is accepted, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. The customer should keep a tracking receipt or have proof of tracking the returned package. There will also be a 15% restocking fee. Items sent back to us without first starting a return will not be accepted. Returns can be sent to:

    ▶ Damages and Defective Items:

    We take pride in packing your order to make sure it reaches you safely. Please be sure to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue. In some cases, items may be damaged in transit. lost or stolen. We know that this is unfortunate and frustrating, but you are able to file a claim through our Shipped Shield Claims Center if you purchased shipping insurance at checkout. Otherwise, customers may follow up with USPS here or with UPS here.


    ▶ Store Credit:

    After starting a return, Pink Sweetheart may give a store credit unless the customer requests a refund. Store credit is available immediately for you to use for other Pink Sweetheart purchases via digital gift card.
