Pre-Order Policy

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. This is a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival at our store. Each item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date.

The average wait time may range from 1 to 4 weeks. These dates are not always guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes.

**Please note that customers will receive their item(s) at a later date after purchasing.

• Please read over our Pre-Order Policy to understand the protocols and procedures for certain items listed on our website. By reading this policy, you agree to understand the term and conditions before purchasing, as stated below.

• With Exclusive Shipping, this means that an item will have longer shipping times. This policy was designed to provide transparency by notifying the customer that an item will have processing and shipping times longer than usual. Certain items listed on the Pink Sweetheart website are noted that they have extended shipping times. 

• Keep in mind that this information is also highlighted under each product that this policy applies to. Be sure to check the product description and/or shipping times listed.

• For your convenience, our shipping integration gives an estimation on the processing and shipping timeframes. These are estimates and this is usually reliable but orders may still arrive early or later than expected.

• Processing times (preparing your order) can be anywhere from 5-10 business days.

• Shipping times (traveling to your destination) can be anywhere from 14-30 business days.

▶ How do Pre-Orders Work?

To secure your item(s), full payment is due at checkout. Once the item(s) arrives at our warehouse, we will ship the item within two business days.
The estimated shipping time differs based on the pre-order item you are purchasing. Please refer back to the product description of the item you wish to purchase for the estimated arrival time for that particular item. 

▶ Why do pre-orders? We may offer this on select items because:

• This gives customers an opportunity to secure their desired merchandise before the next restock.
• It allows Pink Sweetheart to make certain adjustments based on the demand of the preordered item.
• It allows us to supply our customers and arrange to also have a valid amount of inventory available.

Because a pre-order item has not yet reached us, we can not guarantee the exact date your item will ship. Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping date but this is subject to change from the manufacturer without prior notice. If for any reason we are not able to fulfill your pre-order, you will be notified and refunded for the full amount immediately.
