If you purchased Shipped Shield shipping insurance at checkout, then this covers lost, stolen or damaged orders.
We're sorry to hear that there's an issue with your protected shipment. Please report the issue via our Shield Center. You will need the order number and zip/postal code to start.
Please keep in mind the reporting timeline for each of the following issues. View the full Shipped Shield Assurance Guarantee.
- Damaged items must be reported in Shield within 7 days from the package Track delivered date.
- Lost packages must be reported in Shield no sooner than 7 days from the last Track update.
- Stolen packages must be reported in Shield no sooner than 7 days from the Track delivered update.
